AFR will bounce around excessively lean at idle or partial throttle.The only time you should be concerned about AFR being lean is at WOT. Start by datalogging and go from there. i.e. do not concern yourself with afr when cruising at 65 as the OP mentioned.

Different cars will themselves produce slightly different numbers. Different dynos read differently (Mustang/Dynojet/Land and Sea/DD/etc) and even within a brand you will see differences between inertia based units versus eddy current versions. Ambient conditions make a HUGE difference...

This is a throttle position modulation issue, not related to engine or vehicle speed.

I think it was MAK who just did a custom tune over the stock PC tune and made a little over 600 on the 8psi pulley ... perhaps he can chime in on this.
