You can get snow kits now with braided lines. Though I have never had a single line failure on any of the nylon kits I have installed in 15+ years. (but I know lots that do... from pinching them, running them to close to warm things, etc)

That would be a question to ask your tuner. Some tuners won't touch meth cars, and others set them up soft. Just depends on what they are comfortable with.

Both are over kill for pump gas. But you will have plenty of headroom. I have tuned a lot of cars on both injectors, never had a lick of issue with either. :)

Either your line has come off that operates the valve... or something is holding up its ability to function (IE: hitting something in the bumper) (Or the items you listed) 9 out of the 10 times... its the line has come off that supplies it vacuum.
