There was a small change that effected our crank pulley. Our tech guys are ON it, and machine shop is fired up to make changes to existing pullies and or to have new units shipped out.
If anyone has an issue, just call 913-338-2886 and the tech guys can get you handled ASAP.
Would love to see this car....
I personally tracked a P1X GT350 and it was likely one of the most predictable cars I have ever driven on the course. Literally EPIC!
They made that to the ground! Lots and lots of RPM and darn good 93.
I am dropping a video in the next few days, we made 905 wheel on 110! With only two mods...
P1X kit, and Fuel System. (that's literally it)
Just to throw this out there... I just made 166 rwhp gain, by running DI only on a 1000rwhp car. (IE: I turned off the port injectors, and let the big DI injectors do the work)
Yes, it was expensive.
Yes, no other changes made (boost, afr, spark, all the same)
DI is well worth it, if your...
There are 7 second Coyotes with ProChargers. But ya, in Fox's and race cars. (at least they are legal weights of 3000-3200lbs). This "Stock Bottom End" LS stuff is out of control with the 2,300lb cars setting "records" lol. Some are so light they won't pass NHRA cert for the cages. But some...
Search for this for the vent adaptor
"GlowShift Black Single Gauge Air Vent Pod for 2015-2020 Ford Mustang - ABS Plastic - Mounts (1) 2-1/16" (52mm) Gauge to Vehicle's Air Vent"
I run a mechanical gauge in my vent, with that little adaptor part from Amazon. I am adding an "ethanol content" gauge to the other vent here soon. For a little project I am working on.
You had the supercharged record, until 2 days later when the Whipple car beat ya by .01 or .02 (I believe they went 8.41 or 8.42 to your 8.34 or something like that).
So get a nice solid number at 8.40 and below and you got the supercharged record again. :)
Haha, see above. Hes doing A-OK :)
I just bought a 2017 for myself, to basically do a build similar to yours.
- P1X (but on the Carb EO bracket)
- E85 (supporting fuel system)
- Converter
- GT350 Intake
But I am weird, and want to run it through the stock exhaust :). I talk on the phone while driving A LOT!
Just pulled another log
7,600 (raised revlimiter)
8.47 psi of boost
74.51 lbs per min MAF
689 rwhp
At 5,076 rpm I am at 41.22 lbs per min MAF.
(but I am a centrifugal) so, lower airflow.
Average power, and Average TQ wins races. Also, having the peak TQ located in the proper RPM area. If it was just all about TQ we would all be building Diesels.
Nobody gives a poop about TQ at 2,000 rpm when the car has 10 gears and lives at4,900+ RPM once your foot goes down on the loud...
