  1. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Sorry to miss talking to you - but cool to run into you! Let's plan a meetup sometime soon.
  2. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Same here! I did the route below. I saw a blue GT350 with stripes driving towards the beach at San Gregorio with a STi around 8:15 am. I was at Alice's around 9 am and saw a black GT350 parked across the street - was that you?
  3. My GT350 was harpooned by a kayak paddle

This sounds like a Farmers Insurance commercial.
  4. What did you do to your GT350 today?

I tried to go to the drag strip for the first time but arrived too late for tech. Still an interesting crowd though!
  5. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Went to a local Cars & Coffee. My buddy's new Polestar 2 got way more attention!
  6. What did you do to your GT350 today?

I installed a Gurney flap and drove the car out to Bolinas, CA - my first time in that quirky little hideaway. It was somewhere between misting and raining, which let me take this neat photo - and caused me to lose traction on the rear end coming home at quite a slow speed. That was kind of...
  7. My first Mustang! Finally!

I was just down in HMB with my GT350 yesterday visiting a friend who lives in Ocean Colony. I was very jealous relative to my townhouse in SF! I saw my first GT500 on the road in HMB. I guess it's something of a Shelby hot spot!
  8. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Radar detectors are illegal in Virginia.
  9. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Registered for the Shelby Mountain Run next summer... three days of guided group drives along The Tail of the Dragon, Devil’s Triangle and Cherohala Skyway.
  10. Prices are on the rise......

Anyone who thinks GT350 and GT350R values will stay close over time is very optimistic. I strongly believe the 2020 GT350R will be “the one to have” in the future. Best version of the model with an updated engine and other 2020-only updates. Collectors pay outlier prices for best or rare...
  11. What did you do to your GT350 today?

It'd be better if you brought the racecar and attracted all the police attention.
  12. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Agreed. Both have one lane sections if you go far enough so you've got to be careful; they're all public roads. Let's meet up for a drive sometime with @brokenblinker @Seb @ShelbyMike21 @raiderjatt02 @Flyhalf @Drafty !
  13. What did you do to your GT350 today?

We are so lucky to have these roads in the Bay Area. I've made a habit of the same. So far I've done Skyline Blvd, Mines Rd to Lick Observatory and US-1 to Point Reyes Station. Each route has epic scenery, great roads, and an impossible number of slow Priuses.
  14. Bay area trusted dealer recommendations

I asked this same question recently and ended up concluding that Walnut Creek Ford will be my choice for warranty work and @db252 in Oakley will be my choice of independent mechanic. https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/sf-bay-area-mechanics.164278/#post-3347836
  15. Track Tire Options

I ran what I had - Michelin PS4S in the front and Nitto NT555 G2 in the back. They did great. I was plenty fast (lapping people in my group). Best of all I only burned off 1/32” of tread (from 8 to 7) all around which was surprising for 6 hours of track time across 2 days. I heard good reviews...
  16. Mustangs parking by Mustangs - Photos

@Seb and I representing at a BMWCCA track day
  17. Do you eat inside your mustang?!

I am not usually protective of food in my cars. However I've found that the GT350 demands the driver's attention between the quick steering, manual transmission and alcantara steering wheel so it really isn't conducive to mindless snacks and sticky fingers.
  18. SF Bay Area Mechanics

Thanks for the suggestion - I connected with Dave and he helped do my Thunderhill tech/safety inspection, brakes (which ended up not being necessary and he advised me not to proceed - very honest) and Xineering auto-blip module. Thanks @db252!
