It's the only omission that I have noticed, but I'm sure you're right that everyone has their thing. Still, though, I'm not talking about carbon bucket seats. I bet they saved $10 on this omission.
It's ok though, the event organizers made an exception and I'm still out here having a good time...
Yes, it's possible. But it shouldn't be required for a $60k+ sports car billed as track-ready. I am very impressed by the engineering of this car in many ways. This is one of the big oversights by Ford.
Tried to install my ZL1 tow hooks and quickly gave up. It's not a straightforward thing to do without a lift or jack stands.
I think it's really unacceptable cost cutting to create a car like the GT350 that is supposed to be fit for track days from the factory but not install a factory tow hook...
Took a drive out to Point Reyes Lighthouse. Light drizzle meant light traffic*, which is good, though I don't really trust my rear tires in the rain, which is a problem when you're driving along coastal cliffs.

If I were in your shoes and I had the means, I would buy another car for the road trips.
I vastly prefer the GT350R rear spoiler to the standard GT350 one. Would I be a poser if I installed an R spoiler on my GT350? (I know it would require filling and painting the trunk lid.)
Also here's the GT500 CFTP spoiler for reference:
Something like this?
I've done CA-84 from La Honda down to San Gregorio. It's a good drive. How is Pescadero Creek Rd from Pescadero to La Honda? It looks fun and twisty but if it's no good for some reason (e.g., one lane sections, broken pavement, etc.) then maybe we come back up the...
I am likely to be out of town for Thanksgiving but November 12 should work for me.
