Here's a photo from a 2020 GT350 with the carbon interior option for sale. Based on this, it looks like the horizontal piece that runs across the dash (on which the Shelby signature has been added on the 2019) is OEM but the carbon on the face of the center console is not.

The trim piece to the right of the center console is factory as well isn't it?
