    AA requires an APIM from a 2016 or later, with Sync 3 2.2, though Sync 3 3.0 works best.

    Only the ones that can use 3.2 and above can do that... becasue there is more space available for it to do that...

    They send you a stick... so you are getting it for free, but paying for a USB stick. 8)

    When you say you put it near the center speaker, you mean on top of the dash, or inside? Could be the antenna , hope the new one works.... might be a PITA, try it on top of the dash...

    Yup, not supported on current Fords... as was said, maybe down the road. BT is not fast or robust enough for it, so it would work best with WiFi....

    The red X means it does not see any GPS signal... so I'd guess you don't have the right antenna, or it's just not plugged in... Dan mentions the one to get, see if that is like the one you got.

    BT has issues with Sync 2 and Sync 3... after I went to S3 3.4, it hasn't disconnected my Pixel3 (yet) so maybe they fixed it there... for those still on 3.0, maybe 19xxx fixed it?

    Yes, while 118 is the latest at this time, it is still about 2-5 years behind Google Maps or Apple Maps or Waze. I have the built in for basic stuff, or areas I don't get Cel Towers for Data....

    Hmm, don't have the digital dash, but then I'm a Hybrid (not avail for me), but I also don't have that on the right side... I'm thinking of looking into Forscan to see if I can add it...

    My Google Maps via AA is always trying to turn right.... a bug that I've tried to report, but they don't seem to care....
