I have 3.4 in my 2018 Fusion with Nav.... when it did not come with Nav, and at best it was 3.0 19xxx before the swap.

The 2020's might already have it... but they are also getting the newer screen/APIMs (well some of them) so 3.4 might be right, and also 4.0 maybe around the corner too

Sync 3 3.3 is the latest for most of the 2019plus, some have 3.4, though it is not out for general release (yet) Sync 3 3.0 for pre2019 to 2013 is the latest (so far)

AA requires an APIM from a 2016 or later, with Sync 3 2.2, though Sync 3 3.0 works best.

Not any screen will work, just like on the Fusions there are regular and recessed screens.. not sure what the Mustangs would need, so be carfull on what you get

Did it create the .xml file in the SyncMyRide folder? and did you try to upload it?

Only the ones that can use 3.2 and above can do that... becasue there is more space available for it to do that...

They send you a stick... so you are getting it for free, but paying for a USB stick. 8)

When you say you put it near the center speaker, you mean on top of the dash, or inside? Could be the antenna , hope the new one works.... might be a PITA, try it on top of the dash...

Yup, not supported on current Fords... as was said, maybe down the road. BT is not fast or robust enough for it, so it would work best with WiFi....

The red X means it does not see any GPS signal... so I'd guess you don't have the right antenna, or it's just not plugged in... Dan mentions the one to get, see if that is like the one you got.

BT has issues with Sync 2 and Sync 3... after I went to S3 3.4, it hasn't disconnected my Pixel3 (yet) so maybe they fixed it there... for those still on 3.0, maybe 19xxx fixed it?

Yes, while 118 is the latest at this time, it is still about 2-5 years behind Google Maps or Apple Maps or Waze. I have the built in for basic stuff, or areas I don't get Cel Towers for Data....

Hmm, don't have the digital dash, but then I'm a Hybrid (not avail for me), but I also don't have that on the right side... I'm thinking of looking into Forscan to see if I can add it...

My Google Maps via AA is always trying to turn right.... a bug that I've tried to report, but they don't seem to care....
