Left side kept “unsnapping” and now has finally quit “resnapping” back into place. I’m guessing there is some kind of cheap plastic fastener that has broken. Anyone had to replace one of these? Hopefully this doesn’t require replacing the entire cover.
It isn’t a crap shoot at all. I also have auto, 3.15 gears, E85 Rob Shoemaker tune, PMAS, 47lb injectors and mine pulls much harder than same mods with stock intake. No dyno but on stock intake mine shifted into 3rd at about 70-75mph and barked the tires and now with 18 IM it shifts into 3rd at...
I just replaced the stock Pirelli PZeros on my '15 and my fronts had too much camber and it wore the inside of the tires. I had an alignment after I installed my BMR 81/88 springs back in Jan '17. After getting a fresh set of Firestone Indy 500s earlier this week, I took the car in for an...
LETHAL, I think I saw your car parked way back in parking lot. DAs weren’t great yesterday but didn’t expect them to be. Still had some fun and there were some quick cars. The McLaren and Lamborghini were fast! S197 guy with twin turbo setup was impressive.
Steeda makes quality products and stands behind their products with great customer service. You can't expect to NEVER have a failure of a product. Its how a manufacturer stands behind their product when there is an issue that sets the better companies apart. I would expect that Steeda will do...
Come on out to Street Fights in Bristol! I’m going and I know the weather won’t be optimal but it’s still fun. I have a 2015 Magnetic Metallic GT. Would love to run your car.
Just changing to the 2018 Intake Manifold made a difference in the sound of the exhaust of my 2015. It is louder and deeper sounding just from that one mod compared to how it was previously.
Adding to my thoughts in the original post, imagine how many people who want a more affordable Mustang would jump at that opportunity? Even the younger crowd who tend to favor a 4 cyl turbo. They could get in one cheaper and have a better chance at affording the insurance. Then you have the...
If you look on the Ford website, the cost of a base Mustang GT is $35,190 and $25,680 for the base Eco-Boost. I know there is a healthy mixture of Mustang owners on here. Some young, some old. Some who have only owned one Mustang and others (like me) who have owned many. I bought my first...
Very nice! A converter and seat time probably gets you in the 9s. Hard to not like that! Might be the fastest car running around with 2 car seats! You could use the car seats and convertible to hustle some folks at the track.
Thanks Glen, I made my own after looking at samples from the internet. I made some on an Excel spreadsheet and printed them out and put them in a binder. It is always good to look at back and get info from previous trips to the track.
Magnaflow Resonated X-pipe is the ticket along with a quieter cat back or axleback. It will quiet the exhaust, get rid of rasp, and give the exhaust a deep, rich tone. I love mine.
