  1. Need some launching tips

GreenS550 is right on the money. Not to mention that with 3.73s, you are really going to have a tough time with traction. Practice, practice, practice and don't forget to have fun!
  2. Easiest way to stop wheel hop?

I like mentioned above, the CB005 Cradle Bushing Lockout Kit is fantastic. The Steeda IRS alignment bushings compliment the CB005 Kit perfectly and you install both together. The Cradle Lockout doesn't hurt ride quality in any way and actually help keep the car flat in turns along with...
  3. GT500 mufflers and resonated X

I have the Magnaflow Tru-X Resonated X pipe. I have the Pypes Street Pro axlebacks which is a quieter deep sounding setup. The Resonated X pipe was added after Christmas and it quiets things down and provides a deep rich muscle car sound. I didn’t really have much in the way of drone with just...
  4. 2018 GT owner here - Question on Drag Strip Mode

If I was looking to purchase a 2018, I’d be pissed that I have to get the PP1 in order to get the Magna-Ride. I like the Drag Mode option. I imagine you can get the car to hook with a few mods and not have to spend the money on the Magna-Ride. Be curious to see how this plays out as people pick...
  5. PMAS filter turned white

They fade to a grayish/white color and it doesn’t take very long. I’m about to clean mine and reapply a little oil
  6. Anyone use rattle can VHT ceramic coating on LTs?

I did a search but didn’t really see much. Is it worth putting a few coats of this stuff on headers prior to install? Goal is mostly trying to lower temps under hood. If not spray, what about header wrap? I could also check locally with ceramic coating places but wondering if you can get similar...
  7. S197 GT500 axle back sound on an S550?

I’m also old school and wanted a deeper muscle car sound with no rasp. I went with Pypes Street Pro axlebacks. Very pleased with sound and volume isn’t crazy loud either.
  8. BMR CB005 stripped socket help needed.

They don’t always cross thread but it isn’t hard to do either
  9. BMR CB005 stripped socket help needed.

The Steeda alignment kit will do wonders by itself. It prevents the bolt from going in crooked. I would install both the BMR Cradle Lockout and the Steeda Alignment together always. Be nice if BMR includes something like that in their kit. (Hint, Hint @Kelly Aiken)
  10. Noob Tune Questions

I have a Flex Fuel tune by Rob Shoemaker (HP Tuner software) you don’t have to have two tunes for E85 and regular gas. It is probably a good idea to run out whatever is in your tank before you switch fuel types. I’ve never had any issues going back and forth. As far as your driving modes go...
  11. BMR Suspension's New Greasable Polyurethane Bushing Vertical Links: Industry First!

I have them and they are a quality piece. Especially for the money. No NVH and they look great!
  12. ***SOLD F150 Intake Manifold PRICE DROP $80

This is plug and play. No idle or driving issues at all. Computer will adjust some and perform better but no tune is required. Some feel that custom tuning would net even more gains but that remains to be seen.
  13. ***SOLD F150 Intake Manifold PRICE DROP $80

  15. Lund tuning alternative

I have a Rob Shoemaker tune and he is absolutely top notch. Excellent customer service too. He just joined forces with Ken at PBD
