With the PP, I would pick up a (relatively) inexpensive tire the same size as the fronts and mount the tire on a (relatively) inexpensive 19-inch wheel confirmed to accommodate the big Brembo brakes.
Another option if I am not a fan of the design/color/weight of the PP wheels and/or the P-Zero...
I totally get the Recaro seats for track use if you need to pass a harness through those openings. Otherwise, the premium seats are definitely the way to go IMO for looks, comfort and features.
"The M4 has more room."
Very surprising to me that anyone would say that about the driver's space in an M4 BMW. Never been in that car. Before the introduction of the new Mustang design, however, I seriously considered buying a new 435i and test drove the vehicle several times. My head was...
The 255/40ZR19 Pirelli P-Zero tires on the front wheels of the Performance Pack Mustang GT are no taller (27.1") than any other OEM tire offered throughout the 2015 model line in any trim level.
Unless I just dreamed it, the original specification for the 18-inch "foundry" (5-spoke) wheels option included Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric A/S tires. Recently, however, the photographs I have seen of actual cars delivered to customers with the foundry wheels appear to show Pirelli tires...
Brian@Vossen's install thread satisfied me that 275/35ZR20 tires mounted on 20 X 9.5 wheels with +25 offset are pretty much the limit on the front ... and they look terrific!
Too bad more wheel manufacturers don't offer 20 X 9.5. Those 255/35ZR20 tires on the front look too small for my taste but I suppose that's the size the poster believed he needed with 9.0 wheels.
When folks post these aftermarket wheel/tire threads that include actual installs, providing the wheel sizes and offsets would be helpful to the rest of us.
We did the rears in 305/30/20 Michelin Pilot Super Sports, and the fronts in 265/35/20's.
Rears are 20x10.5, fronts are 20x9.5!
I am considering PSS tires on the same sizes of Vossen VS series staggered wheels but in different sizes: 275/35ZR20 on the front and 295/35ZR20 on the rear...
I have a 2015 Mustang GT premium coupe on order and I expect to receive the car about February. The order includes Ford's 18 X 8 "foundry" (5-spoke) wheels and 235/50ZR18 all-season tires.
I will use the OEM wheels and tires for mild winter driving here in southeast Kentucky (I also have access...
