My friends EB A10 is weird. He drives it like a grandma but on our commute, we work same place, near identical drives, he can't get over 19.8mpg average. In my 6spd v8 with a tune I get 22.4. Both our actual math at the pump reflect these numbers too.
Makes me wonder what's up with the EB tuning.
My local dealer has had a 60th just sitting for a while, it's even marked down on their site with 6k off. Seems just no one wants these. I like the color but hate the wheels and stripes, also not a fan of the S650 style. The 50th package is MUCH better looking.
To follow up I went with the Continentals, $400ish less than the OEM 4S's, but they are SO much quieter and on the few local back roads I've had time to be on this weekend they handle just as well at the speeds I take those on. I wish I had moved to these sooner. No regrets.
Easy answer is buy an exhaust that sounds good so you get less complaints. XD
I've never met anyone in person that thinks Corsa sounds good, just internet people. It's like a running joke at local gatherings that if a Mustang is loud and sounds like crap, it must be Corsa.
I associate Corsa...
If you trust your local dealer and are fine with paying an extra price for that then keep going to the dealer. If you want to save money just look up reviews on local shops.
As for Regular gas you can run it, but you will also not make peak HP. Personally with how little the difference is in...
Was the 2nd engine replaced? I'm assuming so and the 3rd engine has about 15k miles on it. So, it may be just fine now. Sounds like that's all that was ever an issue, and the 5.2's early years were known to have quality issues.
Was gifted this setup from a friend that never did the install on their car before selling it and debating if I wanna resell it or just put it in. Not really looking at a new shifter but the parts were free so....
Anyone have this setup? Not really expecting worlds of difference, but is it...
Looking for a new tire that will do better in cold than the stock tire and these two seem the best options. I don't plan on driving in any deep snow, just light dusting at most, perk of being able to work from home. With how little snow we get anymore around Philly I stopped putting my Blizzaks...
I had issues with mine about a year after i got it. Took it to the dealer and 0 issue since. Not sure what they did to fix it.
I got the letter about 2 weeks ago.
Make sure that the bushings were checked too. If I remember after the cars lowered you need to untighten the bushings to less stress off then retighten them. Forget the proper term for it. That can make the car feel really bouncy if you haven't done that.
I've been getting that new/new to me car itch. I'm thinking of something that may be a little more comfortable in the daily rush hour commute, seats 4, maybe AWD, but still Fun to drive when the roads open or I get a nice backroad.
The problems that I've been running into:
Many cars, at any...
