My wife talked to the dealer and they said that the valve failure caused negative pressure and it cause the tank to suck in on itself which damage the sender the integrity of the tank. Even the dealer said what Ford did wasn't right.

It could be a exhaust leak. Maybe only off throttle exhaust pulses are making that sound. I would loosen, check, and retighten all the clamps. Without hearing it that is my best guess.

The only thing I can think of is maybe using some WD40 or some seafoam deep creep and letting it soak to see if it will help loosen it. I used it in the past when adjusting exhaust position. Then get a really cheap dremel as mentioned before if that doesn't help.

So how did you slot the struts for camber? Did you just take a dremel to the top bolt hole at the bottom of the strut? Is that legal in stock classes?
