  1. Question. If you own a 2011+GT, is it worth it?

LOL well my first car was a 1992 Chevy Cavalier that I drove until 2005 or so, so anything is a huge upgrade compared to that. I never had any creaks or rattles in my 12 so its a non-issue. Perhaps I'll need to drive one longer, but at the end of the day, it's still a Mustang, not a luxury car...
  2. First Chance to Use Snow/Rain Mode

Wow this seems like an awesome feature! If I get the car, I'm definitely check marking this
  3. Question. If you own a 2011+GT, is it worth it?

Eh, I disagree completely. I test drove the 15 and while I was impressed, it's not THAT drastic of a change at all, IMO. Maybe if I was coming from an 05 to a 15, but to a 12 to 15, nope. It's a nice car, nicer interior, and nicer ride, but remotely same power. Better, yes, THAT much better...
  4. Question. If you own a 2011+GT, is it worth it?

I had a similar experience when I test drove the s550. It's a better car, but it's definitely not that much better as to what people described. The power was similar to my current car, and I forgot how weak sauce the stock GT exhaust is. And the interior was nice, but it didn't blow me away at...
  5. Guys, talk some sense into me.

Does Mazda still make that Rx-8 that was terrible?
  6. Possibly the first used 2015 mustang

Yeah those markups are insane. It's a standard Mustang that will depreciate just like any other. These dealerships make me mad. I still see some 2014's that are slightly used going for like 35K.
  7. Devices plugged into the cigarette lighter stay on after car shuts off. Normal?

Yeah, this happens in my 2012...I think t's just a Ford thing.
  8. Question. If you own a 2011+GT, is it worth it?

Yeah, that's bad! That would drive me nuts having to backtrack like that. Oh gosh! Automatic lights! I don't think I've turned them on manually in like 2 years. I always freak out when I get in my gf's Jetta and have to manually turn them on lol.
  9. Question. If you own a 2011+GT, is it worth it?

That's why I have trouble finding a good BMW or Audi. I like the cars but they skimp you out of the most basic modern features and charge you an arm and a leg for em. I don't think I can g back to a car that doesn't even have Bluetooth, a backup camera, and heated seats. Seems like I've become...
  10. Question. If you own a 2011+GT, is it worth it?

Yeah I don't even think the base steering wheel had radio controls and it was made of the cheapest material ever. Thankfully, they fixed the base models for the 2013 models. I saw in a 2011 base and I see why mags ragged on it so much. The premium was like 200x better. But I def like the...
  11. Possibly the first used 2015 mustang

No way in hell would I pay 36K for a used one.
  12. Reality finally set in,,,,.

In a few years, buy a perfectly good used one. There will be a zillion out there.
  13. Question. If you own a 2011+GT, is it worth it?

IMO, yes. The base model in the 10-14 were pretty bad. Especially in the 10-12 years. It WAS really cheap. The premium's of those years were a night and day difference. Much better materials, seats, an actual modern steering wheel, etc. The base models in those years gave the previous gen a...
  14. Question. If you own a 2011+GT, is it worth it?

Haha yeah I hear you, can't beat the price of a sub 30K 400+hp beast. Glad they finally stepped up with the base models this time around. TBH though the premium in the new stangs wasn't DRASTICALLY as different as people are making them out to be from the previous gen's premiums.
  15. Rabbit and tortoise....

I never find Mercedes to be worth turning a head to at all... maybe if I was 60. Just a generic coupe that looks like a penis.
  16. January 2015 Mustang Sales (and vs. Camaro & Challenger)

The Camaro is on its way out and the new car is coming, so not surprising. I expect the new Camaro to pwn the Mustang when the new one comes out in a year or so. (yes, I just said pwn).
  17. 2016 Mustang changes?

I don't foresee many changes in 2016. But I do see maybe a slight refresh in 2017. The car is too new right now to get any changes in a year besides maybe minor ones.
  18. Question. If you own a 2011+GT, is it worth it?

True but even the base car of the 2011-14 years were drastically different from the premium cars. I don't think I would've been able to get a 2011-14 base model. I think the steering wheel for those cars were made by fisher price.
  19. Question. If you own a 2011+GT, is it worth it?

I had nav in m previous car and decided not to get it in my 2012. My biggest fear was that the roads would be severely outdated in a year or so. I was right. Now I just stick to my iPhone as it auto updates. But I do miss that giant screen in the middle of the console. And argh, yeah...
  20. Anyone gone from 2011+ GT to 2015 EB?

This is an interesting thread. Any more answers to this? I've considered the EB too coming from a 12 GT.
