CTE. Chronic Traumatic Encephalitis. Brain injury that, like, half of all NFL players get that leads to dementia and cognitive motor failure by the time they're in their mid 50's. When you watch football you're literally watching people kill themselves for your own amusement. I can't see the ethical case for it.
Holy shit you're weird.

God bless you Jimmy. At this point the players know what they're getting themselves into. It's a violent sport, which why it's so entertaining. Modern day gladiators.

I never find Mercedes to be worth turning a head to at all... maybe if I was 60. Just a generic coupe that looks like a penis.

50% of all NFL players get this? I believe your #'s are a bit skewed.

Concussion precautions are much better than when Jr. played. He was an amazing football player and I was very sad to hear when he took his own life. Very sad indeed.

I feel bad for the players. Forced to play football, make millions, date models, drive 6 figure cars, have multiple homes. Unreal what we put them through. Enough is enough!!!!

Total career average earnings for an NFL player: $6.7 million

http://ftw.usatoday.com/2013/10/average-career-earnings-nfl-nba-mlb-nhl-mls

That includes guys like Peyton Manning who obviously will be making far more in career earnings; for the vast majority of NFL players, lifetime career earnings will be closer to about $2 million. While that might sound like a lot of money -- and it is, certainly -- taking into account agent's fees, high marginal tax rates on high short term income, and short careers, 78% of NFL players end up in bankruptcy within two years of retirement:

http://www.chron.com/sports/longhorns/article/Vince-Young-joins-many-ex-NFL-players-who-see-5166641.php

So what you're seeing is a whole lot of young people causing themselves lifelong, irreparable physical and mental impairment in exchange for a little bit of fleeting fame and a high-income lifestyle that'll disappear before they turn 30 and leave them in poverty.

league minimum is almost 460k. If you cant live on 460k you are an idiot. That's is the minimum for a rookie.

These guys make millions and the point you missed is ......no one is forcing them to make millions.

Many that end up broke are that way because they have 180k watch....450k gold chains..etc. Many, like Cromartie have 12 "Baby mammas" and have to play just to pay child support. The smart ones that invest some of the millions they make live rich for the rest of their lives. You factor in endorsements and the money really piles up.

The NFL provides them with counseling from rookie year on how not to lose all your money. They try to teach them you don't need 4 houses and 12 cars. If you think for a minute I will feel sorry for an NFL player you are insane. No one forces them to play.

They make millions of dollars to play a game in which I played for free as a kid all the way through high school. I didn’t have the God given talent to go pro, so I paid tens of thousands of dollars to get a college education and had to get a “real job.” It took me ten years to pay off my student loans. Oh, and then in order to qualify for a promotion, I went back to school which cost me another 20k. I will be paying for that for how long? Now, you want me to feel sorry for them because many are too stupid to live off of several millions of dollars? LMFAO

There is something about the Benz that is strange looking to me. Front is too long maybe? Same problem as with the McLaren-AMG. Interior is pretty fantastic though.

At that price, I'd rather have a 911.

GT350 (as well as regular GT) are better looking at 1/2 the price IMO.

Regarding football: At this point they should know what they are getting into. That said, I wonder if there are ways to reduce the impacts through rule changes, gear changes, field changes, or other means. Can the shoes be changed to force players to slow down by reducing the size of spikes, thereby reducing traction? Maybe there are some ways to improve things.

Do you think these two cars have similarities?

Someone committed suicide years ago, I think football should be banned.

This reminds me of a 6 year old responding completely off topic to a question a teacher asked.
