That's a weird looking stick shift.
Yeah, it is 🤣....but after losing a foot at 13 years old I have no choice but to drive autos. Would love to drive a proper manual car but alas, that will never be. When I was growing up autos were really hard to find and they were not the best, things are better now and there are lots more opportunities for me to drive my "dream" cars.

buddy of mine drove a stick challenger for years with a left BTK amputation. I haven't had my right BTK amputation done yet, living with the pain as long as possible.

(Not knocking you, its a choice for sure, but if there's a will, there's a way)

We must have different driving laws in the UK. I was only granted a "resticted" automatic only licence. Guess you can't miss what you never had though as autos is all I have ever been used to.

ah, yeah could be. nothing here stops you from driving legally speaking as long as you can manage with missing limbs. I know some double leg amputees who driving using levers they control with their hands that operate the pedals.

My boy got his ESS installed this past week, mine was 2 weeks ago. We went out today for a rip across the Cherohala Skyway, and then back across the tail of the dragon. VERY good day, his car turned out STUNNING. The carbon fiber intake tubes, and radiator surround, plus the powder coat on the head unit to match the strut tower and his other parts are AMAZING, not to mention the billet brackets. I am super proud and happy. And the sound is just AWESOME. Oh, she RIPS too :) 10 speed is magical with the ESS blower.

None so far. It is a bit hard to get used to sometimes, especially when navigating very technical curvy roads. Have to be super careful it doesn't kick out under boost in a turn. Other than that it drives amazing, just like stock until you give it the beans :)

My owners kit showed up today! Still surreal I was able to get the actual kit for my car directly from Ford Performance!

This is so cool. ❤
I am not sure this was offered outside of the US? Unless someone else knows better.
I think you guys got them! But, this was a rare case of that I was the cars first retail/personal owner, but purchased it August 2025. It was at Ford dealerships in Canada all its life. Was a showroom vehicle, and only accumulated 987 miles til it was auctioned in May of 2025 by Budds Wholesale. It was purchased through Manheim Flint by Jacky Jones Performance Alley who I purchased it from in Georgia, and it was subsequently brought home from Canada to the US by a NHTSA registered importer. So, the first in service date was 03/28/2025 around when it was acquired by the wholesaler. Crazy turn of events, but given them, I figured I’d call Ford Performance about two months ago, and sure enough my kit was never claimed!
