I Have A Question About H-Pipes

Although welding sounds nice, I would clamp it as it makes it much easier if and when you need to pull the exhaust to drop the transmission or do other work. I did upgrade the clamps that came with my Steeda X-pipe to more robust ones.

I had my Steeda H-Pipe installed on Saturday. Car is definitely louder with the tone unchanged. Something that videos are hard to judge by but in my defense I did see many rock concerts growing up so my hearing sucks now!

Cost was $117.00 for labor and I had the upgraded clamps used rather than having it welded.

Yea better than the $600 quote labor only I got from the performance shop one town over from me. Juggernaut Performance did the install that some know here on this forum.
