Do these rotors look healthy to you?

My 20R rotors rust in my garage when it rains, just from the humidity. Annoying because every time I wash it, the rotors rust, and my wheels get painted orange when I take it out.

After I wash the car, I usually drive it around the block to prevent the rotors getting surface rust on them.

Yawn... I have carbon ceramic brakes and they don't have dust or rust problems...
