RInseless wash using ONR to remove storage dust. I also took the time to apply Adams dressing product to all of the vinyl trim as well as cleaning up the exhaust tips.
Took my first drive of the season even though it was just running errands around town. I was finally able to get it on the highway and open her up a bit. My wife also drive it later in the day and we both had a smile on our faces. Another reminder of how much I love this car.

Another project.. installing a vacuum aid garage vac to replace the old traditional shop vac.. did a lot of research and settled on this one

Completed the Garage Vacuum Project- painted the 2x4's gray to match the wall and the unit. Plus final assembly of Hose Holder and accessores basket.

Finally installed a workable magnetic phone holder. Also adjusted the LED footwell lighting with some 15% reduction/dimming tape. I loved the blue accent lighting, but during nightime driving it was reflecting off of the windows causing visibility issues.

Purchased a pair of track day driving shoes from Competition Motorsports.
Hoping these will give me better pedal feel vs standard tennis shoes.

Have these tips ever gotten really black or have you kept them like this? Mine are black as F and a regular wash isn't cleaning them. What's the secret sauce to make it easy? Your car looks great BTW.

Give Mothers Aluminum Polish a try, Tony. I use it on the tips of the GT and Explorer. Microfiber (less abrasive) or a Scrub Ninja pad (more abrasive)

There are several really good stainless steel exhaust tip cleaners on the market.. depending upon my mood and how much time I have available I use one of three products
A trick I learned from another detailer is to wash the exhaust tips when I do the wheels. This really helps with the regulary build up of contaminants. I ususally clean them thoroughly about twice a year. I do notice some black build up, but it is kept to a minimum with this routine.

Went into the shop for a front end alignment after I noticed my steering wheel was not straight. Needed the alignment after repairing and replacing the wheels last fall.

Cleaned up the Swiss Trax flooring tiles after another long winter of salt and grime.
Had to hand scrub several sections of tiles that followed the tire paths. Came out looking like new.
