I lived in NY, in NYC they catch that you dont have a muffler or Cat, you will be bent over without the use of KY jelly, upstate I know Emissions isnt checked so your safe there, plus there is no bracket from your pictures showing and bracing the pipes, they look like they are holding up by air, not good.

Edit. I just watched that video. Doesn't sound bad at all. Only difference I believe is the car in the video has stock headers, looks like the car you posted the pictures of has long tubes. Might be a bit louder/raspier.
