I looked around and was told nope, no more ESP on the 350. Granger said no. Google search said none offered. I was offered some 3rd party one on mine when I got it in January but I do not trust these types. They never want to pay. So, I took a chance and car has been great besides the AC going out. So it’s been a wash. Oil consumption over 4K miles is negligible. So yes, make sure the AC works and not for 5 minutes, keep it on a while. The 350 eats AC systems.
Did you try Lombard Ford? I bought one last year in June from them.

That’s a really shadey way to keep the money for an extended warranty product and not have to honor it. That’s really crappy by Ford.

Yes in the oasis report for my car I see the coverage but not the customer name. I was going to pay the 50 dollars to transfer it to me, but the person who bought the coverage has to sign it over. And as I said I have no way to get that name or contact info. This is all documented on a Ford website. Ford will not give you that info. I asked.

I havent seen it mentioned yet so will add....

Watch the oil temps and let them get up to 195 before really letting her eat....I try to keep it under 3K RPM until then ......once temps are reached put it into track mode / get those exhaust valves open and get ready for fun ....

Ive driven multiple non Rs and a few Mach HPs and the VooDoo just transforms these cars.....I just drove a Mach 1 HP a few weeks ago and it felt like I was short shifting even though I was getting it up to red line.....

I have car OCD- I usually switch cars around every 2ish years - I am now about to hit 4 years with my 350 and there is just nothing like it without spending 150K plus

Can someone with a 2019-2020 car send some pics of their stock undercarriage and suspension pieces so I can compare tomorrow? Thank you.

+1 for Lombard, they still list plans for 2018-2020 GT350's but not earlier. Last August bought one from them for my 2013 Boss 302.

But it’s not cheap, about the price of a new AC system

Check current and recent BaT auctions of low mileage cars, they often have lots of detailed undercarriage photos...

This frames GT350 ownership perfectly.

I have been through so many great sports cars over the last 20+ years… some being owned for just a year. A few of my favorites were a manual E90 M3, G80 M3 Comp, and before the GT350, a 2023 manual CT5-V Blackwing. I truly thought I’d reached the top with the Blackwing. While down on torque and power, the GT350 is so much more enjoyable. Best car I have ever owned in my 42 years of life.

Also my first car where I can daily 250-300 miles a week, and continue to put miles on it through the entire weekend. I literally have to drive this car every freaking day. It’s a ‘20 Heritage; to hell with pampered garage queens. She’s at 25k now and I will for sure double that in the next couple years.

Does anybody have an idea who’s still selling ESP’s for these?
Yes, you can. I just did it for my ‘19 last week. There is a thread on this topic.

There are New ESPs and Used ESPs. You cannot get the New one. That is why some say you can’t get a ESP. They are particularly correct. As far as Granger, they decided to not offer ESP on cars older than a certain age, that is just what they decided to do, has nothing to do with not being able to get a ESP.
BTW a New ESP means the year and mileage start from when the car was first sold (i.e. New). The Used ESP means the year & mileage start from when you bought the warranty. So the price of it will depend on the model year and current mileage.

BTW - no other car sounds better than the GT350. So that alone might trigger your desire to swap rides. Just let the oil get up to temp before hitting high revs, in case you do get it.

The ESP warranty only transfers if the previous owner signs the paper to transfer it. Mine had ESP thst was good till 2027 but not active for me because the person who bought it, has to transfer it to me now. I have no idea who that is.
They will prorate a refund if you end it early. So the previous owner most likely did that. My dealer said that is what typically happens if car is traded in. For private sale, depends on whether the seller feels included it helped the sale.

Owned 4 R models from various model years and did not have an issue with respect to CF wheel damage but I never tracked any of those units and incurred all my spirited driving on the backroads of South Carolina, Arizona and California.

If you planned to track an R model I would suggest you purchase an aftermarket set of wheels and/or tires that way you could keep the original OEM Cup 2 tires and CF wheels intact but all that sounds easy but comes at a significant cost.
I have and do track my R with the carbon fiber wheels. I also have a set of Forgelines for the car. They are strong wheels and not easy to damage. The street concerns me more than the track. To the OP, no one here can ask if its financially smart to move to the 350. The Mach 1 is a fantastic car. Its not nor will it ever be a 350. And that's not slighting the Mach 1 in any way. Between the 350, the Mach 1 and the GT500, the GT350 stands alone. I would compare it to the Cobra Jet Mach 1 vs the Boss 429. Its all about the engine. (Yes, Many more 350s were made) that being said, I dont own a Boss 9 because of.... finances.

Here now. Car appears stock other than driver and passenger side catch cans. Exhaust is louder than I expected, appears stock as well. Certainly louder than my Mach 1.

All sounds terrific and if you can get it on a lift while you are there that should confirm the stock condition of the suspension, exhaust, undercarriage, etc.

Hopefully the vehicle comes with the car cover and some provenance from the prior owner which is always nice to have for one of these cool 2020 GT350 HEP cars?

It does have the car cover and original owners manual and kit in the trunk. Underside looks good. Only thing I saw is some of the bolt heads have some surface stuff on them but I suppose that’s normal.
