And I would be THAT GUY, old gray haired retiree driving a car I would need assistance to get in or get out of. Would also mean I would need to buy at least two pairs of white New Balance sneakers. 🤣🤣🤣

I always come away from driving a 350 thinking “it would be nice to not have to wait so long for the power to kick in.” Once you get up there and can keep shifting at 4000+ I agree, it definitely feels different.

The first time I drove one, my wife was in the car videoing. The first chance I had to open it up from a stop she got me saying “jeez, when you hit the gas it just does nothing. I was so looking forward to driving this, but it just feels slow.” Now, that was street driving. I would definitely love a track day with one. That would be a whole another story.
Yea, it's definitely a roll race thing. Which is what the road coarse race track is. The torque from a stop isn't there like a quarter mile killer.

lol, respectfully disagree about the torque “not being there”…

someone is just in the wrong gear…go check the dyno sheets, they are dam near identical torque 😉

Or more politely…don’t bring it out, if you ain’t gonna wring it out 😬

The 350 rips in 1st gear. If you think it “doesn’t have the torque” learn to rev match downshift a couple gears to stay in power band. Car is an animal.

I just now took mine out for a rip. It comes on strong at 3500. Maybe it's an R thing vs a 350. I was alone so no extra weight complaining. Those passenger wives sometimes have an agenda and it isn't more cars. 😁

It’s not an ls7 down low, but my gt350r absolutely rips. No one rides in it and says it’s slow.
The tires couldn’t handle anything else in 1st gear, so it’s really well balanced to the highly capable chassis.
