Looks interesting, is there a Link for more details? How does this compare with Wilwood's rear brake upgrade?

I could not find any comparisons of any aftermarket brake kits one from another.

I couldn't find any information, either, and I'm interested because it seems like a viable alternative to Wilwood's kit. I suppose the calipers are Chineese?

I picked the rotor type and hatand color, and told them that I wanted a 4 piston caliper and color with a park brake that is manual operation. They put the kit togather and emailed me back and when I verified the kit is what I wanted they gave me a price of 1500 plus tax.shipping was free.

Installed and tested. they work great, no noticeable issues with the traction control. afterbedding/ braking them in, I took it for some hard braking and got the rotor temps up to about 275 deg (measured as quickly as I could grab a I.R. temp gauge) with no real fad. Im happy with them.

Since this is a performance application, what pad shape and track pad options are there for this caliper?

I assume the kit comes with some sort of bracket to adapt the calipers to our knuckle? Or is it a direct bolt-in?

It has everything you will need to install. If you look at the video I made for them, (they did not pay or give me anything to make it), you will see that the kit is complete. I did make a change and it was noted in the video but I went with grade 8 bolts for all the park brake caliper mounting two sizes) because when torquing the bolts they did stretch and that caused them to be very close to the rotors. Other then that I am very happy with the kit for the price.

I found the full Kit in black (the description is not prominently displayed in their catalog headings) and the rear portion was quoted to me for $1500. I called and asked for further questions and if they had illustrations and instructions showing how the bracket mounts to the the knuckle and how the OEM e-brake cable is routed. Unfortunately, the rep was not very versed in technical details but he did text me another image with red calipers. From our discussion, the kit appears to be sourced from China and I don't have a warm fuzzy feeling about who's actually in charge of manufacturing, quality control, or any kind of engineering, product development, or testing.
