So, I drilled using the measurements you provided, but apparently each car has some slight variation (no surprise) on the panels and seats. With these new holes, it was smashed way too tight against the rear seat backs. Immediately went back to the original holes and plugged the new ones with vinyl plugs.Brian, The center of the holes I drilled are 1.875” back from the end of the seatbelt notch, and 3/4” below the seam. I used a 27/64” bit, which gives a snug fit on the rods. Good luck, hopefully this works for you.
