Is this bracket suppose to be under the screw that is above it?

No, that bolt is on the body about 6 inches behind the bracket. The bracket is a support for the fender liner and uses a push pin. With the angle of the way I took the photo is does look like they are close together.

Ok, so 2 hours later (I am not a body repair person) I got the gap between the door and fender perfect. It is the same from top to bottom and the same as the drivers side. The issue was, I needed to loosen two bolts at the bottom of the fender that were behind the rocker molding which I had to loosen. The photo below shows the hardest bolt I had to get to (back in the dark area). Once I loosened the two bolts, I pulled the lower part of the fender back and retightened the bolts. I was worried the stripes might not line up correctly after I moved the fender but they still do.

Thanks guys. So if anyone ever needs to get to the Tremec DCT control module, it is behind the right front fender. :)

I was wondering what that was, now that I know where it is, if it starts acting up I can tap it with my precision tapping hammer.

Nice work Mark. I can’t recall what my fender spacing is, I will have to look tomorrow. At least now I know how to correct it, if need be.

I'm willing to bet everyone's clearance is just fine. I should have taken a photo with a credit card in my gap because it would not have fit.

Been getting a buzzing/rattling noise from the drivers side A pillar. Placing my finger lightly on top of the tweeter grill eliminates some of the noise but there is rattle coming from behind the pillar. Removed the A pillar and popped off the tweeter and the grill and found the support that holds the tweeter that is plastic welded to the A pillar was loose and vibrating. Silicone glued the support to the pillar so it would not rattle, reinstalled the tweeter and also used just a bit of silicone to glue the tweeter grill to the pillar. No more noises.

Not any major issues, a few observations as compared to a GT350

1. No tramlining
2. Pumped in cabin engine noise is minimal
3. Numbers on virtual gauges would be helpful

After reading these very depressing posts by all you guys I can only say this: "Where oh where is the "QUALITY CONTROL TEAM"???????????? Does anyone have a contact directly at the factory to see if they have now fixed the heater hose being pinched problem???? Also I have heard about a rear end problem with the active exhaust system????? Would be nice if Ford would check out these cars a little more "carefully" before releasing them.
