Finally had a chance to run. My first time at the track was a disaster. It was about 45deg and street tires.

Now I have the right tires and it was a good 71 degrees last night.

Current mods :
2015 Mustang GT 6r80

Engine:
2018 MANIFOLD W/ MMR LOCKOUTS
47LBS INJECTORS
LUND E85 RACE TUNE
AIRAID INTAKE TUBE W/ STOCK AIRBOX
K&N FILTER
Exhaust:
MAGNAFLOW TRU-X RESONATOR
MBRP MUFFLER DELETE
Suspension:
EIBACH DRAG SPRINGS
Wheels/Tires:
(2001 Mustang GT 17x8 wheels w/ MT ET Streets

Ran a 12.04 and a 12.03. Those were the best out of 4 runs.

First run was 12.5. Spun 3rd and had to let off.

Question is, Is my car running what it should?

I would say you are close. I would have guessed 118-120mph trap speeds. 60ft needs A lot of work but with practice that will come. Good job.

1.8 is best I could do that night.

How can I lower it on 3.15s and auto trans?

Surprised your spinning ET Street R at your power level. Poor track prep if I had to guess. What was your psi? I am usually around 18psi on mine.

Anyway to answer your question:
3.55 or 3:73 gear swap
Circle D converter

LoL. Thought you meant I could improve 60ft with current mod . I know I ca. Improve with more parts.:giggle:

My track is known for bad prep and wrecks. My first run was bad. Spun off the line then 1-2 and 2- 3. PSI was 29. After that run I lowered to 20 PSI. Hooked well after that.

29psi WOW. Try 18psi. Give a good burnout and they should dead hook. What rpm are you launching at?

I lowered it to 20psi and gripped well.

Launching at 1500. I wanted to go higher but had to leave. Wake up early to take kid to schoo . =/

Converter will put you in low to mid 11’s. Dude just ran 10’s n/a (basically your setup) with weight reduction. Check out his thread.

Congrats on your PB but I would of expected more. I went 11.86 on Ford's PP2 tune with a manual.

Neg or close to zero DA, higher launch rpm and knock that 60 ft down a few tenths and you should have a 11.20-11.40 or slightly better.

11.2-11.4 on 118 MPH is possible, but car has to launch in the 1.5-1.6 60ft range to accomplish that along with the better DA.

As for OP, I think 11.8 is very achievable with the current setup, maybe playing with tire pressures and launch technique to get you into the 1.7x range on the 60ft
