Whether its the seat side bolster or the console, it really doesn't matter. I spoke to my SVT technician, who I trust implicitly, and he indicated there was no lateral adjustment for the seat or the console. Our weight on the seat also contributes to the eventual widening of the seat area, as well. I used a silicone lubricant (similar to heavy Vaseline) applied on the left lateral lower side of the console where the seat is rubbing. It will not damage either surface and it stopped the noise immediately. I think this is the best solution, and after applying the thin coat on the console, I've had no noise. I use the feature that moves the seat back when you turn off the engine, so it get a lot of use going forward and back when I enter or exit the car. I did this two weeks ago and no more noise. I think this is your best option.
I previously had a 2016 that didn't have the problem. So, no doubt, something changed. I'll definitely reference your experience as I experiment. May end up using the exact same solution, but since it's a new problem, I want to explore options.

Also wraped the center console.

The changes are subtle inside as well. Newly designed door panels, a standard machined aluminum instrument panel appliqué, and a wrapped center console are the most obvious changes, but the Shelby’s handsome, purposeful interior didn’t need much fixing to begin with.

I think the puddle lamps come with the technology package and are not standard. I don’t have them on my 2019 R which does not have the technology package.

I'll add the last couple suggestions to OP tomorrow.
Thanks

on the steering change.
does anyone know if it was a electronic calibration or a hardware change.
if it is a calibration could an 18 be updated with a flash from the dealer

I am curious how the steering feel compares.
can the tramlining be improved?

I believe 2019 was the first year that the rubberized coating was installed on the engine block plate to prevent the rattling sound. My 2019 has the updated block plate.
Is this the bellhousing cover plate?
Id like to take mine off and rubberize it if it would help.

I have a rattle that I've always thought was shift linkage related, but maybe its this??

Yes it is the block plate that fits between the engine block and bellhousing. I would not mess around trying to modify yours I would just buy the newer version. FR3Z-7007-B

Hardware change on the 2020 R. My 19 has significantly reduced tramline

Minor, but they got rid of the red start button, and they changed the spring on the clutch pedal.
What up Scott!

I did not see on the list so here it goes: 2019 R (and maybe base - no idea), has no clutch helper spring so clutch action is perfect out of the box.

Attach a DCT or 10 speed to the engine and they might quadruple sales...............
