16 pages about a v6 mustang... boy, you all must be bored.
This made me chuckle. Pretty much applies to most threads that exceed a few pages... or even the majority of the internet in general.

Originally went in to buy a loaded out 2015 GT convertible, but saw the "Rodney Dangerfield I GET NO RESPECT" Cyclone powered convertible just sitting on the lot "unloved". Asked the salesman to tell me the difference in his best price between the GT and the V-6 convertibles. His answer: "the GT is only $14,000 more"! ONLY I say. Maybe I can live without the "My Little Pony Projection Lights" I wonder? Oh Hell Yea I can. Really enjoying this Mustang vert more than my 2013 GT convertible. It's beautiful, solid, economical, and handles wonderfully. Do I miss the exhaust from the Coyote motor? Yes, but not $14,000 worth. Oh, I forgot to mention the longevity and lack of falderal with the V-6 Cyclone motor.

More like 3 pages about V6 Mustang and 13 pages about leather seats.

Everyone bought the model of Mustang they did for a reason at the time. If they aren't happy with it afterwards, then they usually end up get something else.

Just because someone wouldn't have bought the same model as the next guy doesn't mean that guy doesn't like or enjoy the car. Everyone's taste in cars is different, and people shouldn't criticize or judge another buyers choice.

People get too worked up defending their own choices that it just becomes a pissing match. Pretty much any topic that's several pages long has devolved into some kind of stupid argument.

I think those who attack other people's choices are more at fault than those who defend their own.

As a v6 owner...half the fun is defending your purchase. But i tend to get more compliments on my car then insults, and these insults are mostly from forums or youtube. But the only real-life insult ive received was from a fat black lady who drives a GT, and my 32 year old forever unemployed cousin who drives a Honda that his parents bought for him. Ive received countless compliments. Yea my "v6 regret" is gone.

I decided to buy the v6 because it was going to be my first stang and I am not financially sound enough for full out aftermarket purchases in the EB, much less buy a GT. Just some upgrades here and there since she is my daily driver. Has enough power for those trips to school and back and is very responsive and controllable on the twisties. Braking is much better than I expected. Then again, I was coming from a 2010 Focus. I plan to keep her in my future family for a long time

I can understand that. I very rarely have to "defend" my choice. Most people compliment me in person. It's actually in the forums where us V6 owners get flak lol. I say it all the time. Without the "lesser" models, there would be no V8 GTs or if there were, they'd be as expensive as Corvettes because they would be lower volume. V6's and 4 cylinder cars I'm sure make up more Mustangs than the V8 over the last 50 years.
Enjoy your purchase, whatever you get- and don't hassle other owners because we are all here on these forums because we have a love and affection for the Mustang :ford::ford::ford::headbang::headbang:
