Nah, people have tried that argument before with things like special editions that weren't sold here, or, for example, non-M BMW Z3 Coupes (only the M was sold here) and that doesn't seem to fly.

If MM can argue that it's actually a completely different model and not just a different spec/edition, they _might_ be able to get away with it, but I'll backflip across the Parsifal if I'm wrong (yeah, save the nakedness).

Here is the Parsifal tied up at Berth 107 Port Kembla last night. I kept my eye out during the day, but could not see any stangs....then again I wasnt eyeing it for all of its 32 hours berthed...
