~8 full octane points and 55% more ethanol to help cool the charge. You can do quite a bit with that. I also have yet to see anyone post up their E85 conversion results qualifying your statement.not much to be gained from E30 to E85 with the stock turbo.
I am converting to E85 this week. Currently run E30. I'm willing to bet my car is going to love it, especially with the crummy pump gas here.
Noooo. I wouldn't go beyond 27-28psi on stock or street tires. I also would not heat them beyond a quick spin to clear off dirt/pebbles/water.i had like 15psi in the tires
I run 22 PSI on drag radials and am launching with much more load. On street tires I kept it at 28psi and pulled 1.9's all day long.
Less air does not mean more traction, especially with street tires.
