not much to be gained from E30 to E85 with the stock turbo.
~8 full octane points and 55% more ethanol to help cool the charge. You can do quite a bit with that. I also have yet to see anyone post up their E85 conversion results qualifying your statement.

I am converting to E85 this week. Currently run E30. I'm willing to bet my car is going to love it, especially with the crummy pump gas here.

i had like 15psi in the tires
Noooo. I wouldn't go beyond 27-28psi on stock or street tires. I also would not heat them beyond a quick spin to clear off dirt/pebbles/water.

I run 22 PSI on drag radials and am launching with much more load. On street tires I kept it at 28psi and pulled 1.9's all day long.

Less air does not mean more traction, especially with street tires.

I have managed a 1.85 60ft in my GT on 275/35-19 Nitto Invos. They were at 28psi on that particular run. This is an auto car though.

-muffler delete
-adams 93 e tune
-Bmr lockout cradle
-285/35 19 invos
-barton industries shifter assembly

Your buddy is going to easily lose if you get a decent launch.

Geez, if you don't run a 13.5 you deserve to lose $100, lol.

With DR's I run 12.5's on my Tune+ 91OCT "economy" tune, ;)

You should be able to get a one hit wonder with the stock IC, just get a nice cool down/spray the IC with water until you are ready to go.

Thats what i told him but he doesn't believe a manual ecoboost without a new clutch, flywheel, driveshaft, and DR can run anything below 13.5. Honestly i think hes jealous my "little engine that could" will eventually be faster then his 2010 roush

My jobs got a strip next to it that i can make passes on for practice so me not making a 13.5 is just not in my agenda. Ill throw my man card away if i lose lol

I went 13.48 with mine with only a mmr intake, ORDP,woodbine 93 tune and drag radials. It's a stick car. My best with the stock turbo is a 12.79@109 with Adams e30 tune, levels intercooler and the rest was the same as before. Then I broke an axle!

Its already been covered but yea.....try 26-28 psi. Do a quick little spin on your way up to the line to clean and heat the tires. As far as the e85. Your car will benefit from it stock turbo or not. It'll really benefit once your tuned for it.

Keep in mind El Paso Motorplex DA is notoriously high - it's 3800' above sea level before you even factor in weather.
My thoughts exactly... I trapped 75 in the 1/8 at 450 feet 100% stock on 91 octane. 77mph at my elevation would be closer to 79 which isn't bad at all for a couple bolt ons on stock tune so seems like your car is responding nicely to mods Evin5. Like everyone else said work on that 60ft and u will be there in no time man
