Currently running Steeda Progressive springs with about 1-1/4" F drop and 1" R drop and alignment is good @ -1.4 and -1.5, with only reading out RF caster of 8.0.

I want to install coil overs and looking at the KW KV-1's and plan to set with the same drop. If my alignment is good now will I need camber plates to run these coil overs? If so why? Anybody running without?

thanks,

Camber bolts work perfect no need for camber plates money better spent on something else bolts are $26 versus $300 for plates.

It would be an excellent idea.

The only reason I wouldn't go with CC plates is because you are very senisitive to NVH.
So do CC plates cause noise and vibration or reduce it?

Cause it, i called mm direct to pick their brain and the guy was very honest with me about induced noise etc. this was a main reason i didnt bother. You have over 1.5 degree of adj camber with the upper bolts. Caster on these cars is over 7 which is great and no need to touch unless your a competiton race car driver

Cause it, in my opinion this car is very well insulated so you won't hear too much.

Steeda and maximum motorsports both look good.

Required? for street use? Nope. unless you like to stance out your mustang.

Required? for track? Maybe, depends on how your tires are wearing on track. Picked up the Maximum Motorsports ones, and when I get done working SIXTEEN hour days without a weekend (maybe wednesday...) I will put them on and drive over some bumps for you guys.
