Do you know if the intake manifolds are interchangeable?Voodoo heads can be bolted onto the coyote, but will need different cams to work with the different firing order of the coyote. Ported voodoo heads, cams, longtubes and a decent intake manifold could be an interesting car.

I'm not interested in the block or the crank. I'll end up with a sleeved 5.2 block from somewhere else that's good for way more power. I'm mostly just looking at the heads and cams, hopefully a cobra jet intake fits onto the heads.
Livernois was the plan! lol at least until MMR's tall deck block comes out... a 400ci coyote just sounds dirty....Start with a Livernois 5.2 sleeved block and you can go wild with an N/A build. I don't think you'd need Voodoo heads as the Coyote heads can be opened up quite well and support well over 500rwhp on pump gas.

Should be fine, as long as its just parts and not a fully assembled motor, from everything I've heard.Friends don't let friends buy from MMR.
Did you click the link and read the article? It says Ford Performance is releasing the production parts as well as some custom items. Like VooDoo spec cams with changes to accommodate the firing order of the Coyote cross plane crank. Should someone decide to use their stock coyote crank in their build.Saw that a while ago. Seem to recall a ridiculous $$ plus the fact that the company producing the kit doesn't have the experience nor resources of Ford motor company.

Yeah this is what I don't buy into. If the article simply mentions using Voodoo upgrade parts but still keep it a CPC Coyote, why wait for Ford Performance when all of those are available right now from aftermarket(and reputable companies) like Livernois or Rich Groh?Interesting options for sure. But knowing FRPP's history with prices I am sure this stuff is gonna cost a pretty penny. Like mentioned, having a reputable shop like Livernois build your coyote with ported heads, cams and some other tricks should be able to get you much more than the stock VooDoo power for less cash.
The more I think about it, the more I feel like the voodoo heads will end up like the boss heads from the first gen coyotes. A nice gain over stock heads, but will fall short compared to ported coyote heads. But I guess we will see.Nope, link is blocked here at work. I assumed it was the same as this one where the intent was to design an FPC kit to drop into a Coyote.

The Coyote has been on the road since early 2010 so there are many experts out there ready to build it up. The Voodoo is still an unknown in the home-build world.
