Never been to Wuxi, but China is a culture shock in general... That said, I enjoyed it with the exception of how damn cold it gets. I wish I was still based in Singapore... Love that place.

Ah, gotcha. Nice haha. That'd be great to visit there too. Hopefully it won't be too bad out in Wuxi. Planning to grab more gear from Chicago O'Hare when I get there. Didn't look at the temperatures in Wuxi ahead of time as I usually do, unfortunately.

Wuxi was pretty decent but communicating was much harder than in Beijing since it's smaller, lol. I literally had Google Translate very handy and needed it for about 90% of my week in China. I haven't really eaten much honestly other than some light food at Starbucks and hotel breakfast.

I was also a bit concerned about the pollution out there as well, but I don't think it was too bad while I was there, fortunately. Rained a lot as well.

I'm ready to get back home and get some good ol IHOP and Outback.

Hopefully next year our client will ask us to go to Brazil instead.

I'll take China over Brazil any day, tbh.

The smog can get pretty bad out there. Also, if you know where to go there's good food to be had. Especially their steakhouses.

Yeah it was a bit confusing too at first since only 1 in like 50 people had a mask on. Didn't know if whether or not I should have been really concerned, lol. Really good to know about the food too! Hopefully next time I'll be able to branch out a little more and experience much better food.

I felt safer in Congo than I do here. It can get a bit sketchy at times, and the people live in the slums. The country itself is beautiful, but the corruption is terrible.

Singapore is a very beautiful country. I was there during Christmas back in 2012. Very clean and that underground mall they have there, not sure what it was called, but it was underneath that hotel that has the pool on top. Almost looks like Stonehenge from afar. I just remember we were up and down the entire country and somehow I ended up at Universal Studios. Wasn't even sure how we got there lol

Crazy! Never been to Congo, just Djibouti and Somalia. Somalia was terrible. The only place in China I've been was Hong Kong for a few days. Very interesting place.

Lol, gotta love Sentosa Park. I used to stay in the Holiday off of Orchard Road, which was very bad for my bank account...

I've been to Ghanna and Congo. Worked out of Congo for almost a year, wasn't bad at all.
