Vortech v3 dyno results | Updated E85 results

Took my '15 performance pack Mustang to get dynod today and wanted to post up the results! 633/511

Overall, i'm pretty pleased with the power. I'll finish up the suspension next and move along with the driveline parts that are preventing me from actually using the power.

Completed the Fore fuel system and Lund remote tuning, so got it on the dyno again. Only different past the fuel system and tuning is that i'm now running cats and a JLT intake. Unfortunately, did not dyno at the same place due to a couple reasons.

The original dyno was STD so kept it the same, though SAE was 698. New STD numbers are 721/606 on E85.

Thanks and thanks for getting everything over to me. I can't wait to continue the next round of mods to move the project along.

I also decided last night that in the next round i'll be upgrading to a proper fuel system to run E85, as there are multiple stations around me and it's not a daily anyways.

I'm kind of scared of running the BAP long term.

Nice, how was the install?

I took my time with the install as I'm not dependent on it to get to work and I think that helped a lot. Overall, there were a lot of hoses to cut, lots of trimming, parts missing from Vortech and poor installation notes.

Some parts were quite frustrating but when it annoyed me I would stop progress and continue another day. I've never installed a supercharger before and did it 100% by myself. In the end, I would not pay someone to do the install for me and if you have basic tools and knowledge you shouldn't either.

It's like a Lego set... if you look at the multiple bags of pieces and the finished picture on the box it can get overwhelming thinking about how to do it. If you just start knocking it out step by step it comes together.

Not 100% sure. I'm using the 3.60 pulley that came with the kit.

I put in the Ecoboost gauge, but it's not that accurate anyways and it's hard to see exactly what the output is. I see it's at around 10, so I'd say 10 to 12.

I need to pick up a mechanical and put it in a better location.

Nice numbers! Love the color. Throw that eco crap gauge in the trash. Once you install that mechanical gauge, you'll love the response! I like the vdo 15 psi display.
