I did not say that the A8 is more efficient in the Camaro. I said that the A8 is more efficient than the 5th gens A6.

I just went to that calculator thing. Plugged in 116 at 3760 and it says 458hp.......which is exactly what its SAE rated at.

Why do you have a issue with C&D time with the auto Camaro, yet it's not a issue with the auto GT? Can't have it both ways.

Didnt VW just get caught playing games with their tune? So it happens, right. Did we see a 122 mph caddy? yes, I think the burden of proof lies with GM.
They're going to get hammered by EPA. Plus a lot of pissed off owners when they put correct calibration in

Why do you have a issue with C&D time with the auto Camaro, yet it's not a issue with the auto GT? Can't have it both ways.
Because its been done in the real world, so either the GT is making more power, or the trans is a tad more efficient than what is seen in the auto trans universe, same as the maro. It works both ways. But a 116 maro is at the far end of the line, isn't it?

Yeah I would say that the 116 trap speed is at the top end of the capabilities.

A lot of people can't afford to mod their cars. You do realize that we are the minority on this forum right?

There will be more stock mustangs and camaros on the road than modded ones.
But not on these forums...

I agree, but it looks like all of C&D speeds are higher then others. They had the GT auto at 113, while most are 110-111. They had the Camaro at 116, while others are 113-114. They had the ATS V at 122, yet others are 115-116. So they must have a down hill 1/4 strip.:D

Now I'm going to blow your mind. Someone will do it. They will be in good air, with a happy motor that can drive, but normal day, normal guys wont see it.....unless....
Im not arguing whats faster, I'm sure the maro will be on average a little faster, I'm arguing whats really under the hood of the cars.
Also, all calculators are not the same, some are waaaay off.

There is a strip out there, for real, that is slightly down hill, but I don't remember the name of it.
