Saying "your car is messed up" isn't a viable diagnosis. Having an issue like this means something is wrong, no doubt. If the Procharger wasn't on there would this problem still be there? Probably not.
I'd start by going over everything related to having a vacuum leak.

I forgot to hit the start button at the track yesterday. It would have been a good run to log as the car was running like pud. I tried to datalog the car on the way home, 3 times, but it was running fine on all 3 pulls.

Guess I will have to take the car out and log it until it does it again.
Seemed to do it much worse at the track than ever before.

I wonder if it's a heat issue then since it seems to happen most during track conditions.
Again not too familiar with properties of E85 or the Fore fuel system. But is it possible the fuel is getting too hot? Did you have to run any lines that may be too close to a heat source? I know that when fuel gets really hot it can cause all sorts of mixture issues. Because it's essentially starting to vaporize before it hits the cylinder.

Doubt this. I have a Fore stage 2 system on E85 with no issues to speak of.

I make it a habit to NEVER make wot pulls without data logging it. Matter of fact I always have my X4 plugged in and ready to log. That way I can see what it's doing. Now if I'm just quickly nailing the throttle I won't, but if I'm pulling it to 4th gear, I'm logging it. It also helps so you can just hit the button and capture the data.

I'm going to try and get a few more logs before the real cold hits.

what are your plugs gapped at and what boost are you seeing, first thing to try would be tightening the gap up.

I had brisk plugs gapped at 25, 28, and 30, broke up at all gaps. Swapped to ngk 6510 gapped at 30 and breaks up. Boost is around 15-16lbs. I might buy brand new brisk plugs and give that a go. The original brisk plugs were all orange from the torco, I'm assuming.

what did lund say on the logs? any knock?

you could always try going extreme like 20-22 just to be sure

Sometimes it adds 2 degrees and every once in a while it will pull as much as 8 degrees. Usually it will pull crazy timing if I floor it from about 3k rpms, but if I start the pull at 4k, its fine. Weird?
