Lmao. Drove past 6 different cops last night. Followed 2 of them for over a mile.
Didnt get stopped. Too bad too, i was ready with my gopro and paperwork.

Im sure you could get some trannys if you put some blue lights on your car. i only have experience with actual females though, so i cant really help you there.

I don't know the code on this, I trust you. in this case, take what the cop gives and fix it in court.

I am allowed to smoke, it is a public street. I have the right to do so. A cop does not have the authority to tell me no. a cop may ask you not to step out and smoke, which are his personal wishes,

Smoking in general is an asshole move. most non smokers will do anything to stop smokers. That being said In this case, you are part of a traffic stop. the officer has controll of the situation. if he thinks he is safer with you in the car, then you stay in the car.

Should i pretend that you know what your doing until i find out otherwise as well? Cause thats what mr. Warner told me to do.

I agree here. the cop has an obligation to tell you why you are being detained. he could have simply said "routine insurance check, or I want to talk to you about your blue lights" 10 words from the cop up front could have defused that entire situation.

Ive been pulled over for plenty, this guy was an asshole.

I tend to agree here. this cop was on a power trip.

that being said. you were never in danger of a ticket or being arrested if the law is correct as you stated.

Police officers have enough to deal with. just do as you are tod and move on. fix it in court if you have to.

The issues you pressed the guy on you could probably win, but do you have enough belief that you are willing to risk your car being towed and a night in jail for the principle. if yes, then see it through.

in this case, you pushed back just enough to be a pain in the ass, and in the end gained nothing.
