Sodo the lights come on with the car or can you turn them on/off. Can you change the color?

Mine come on with my parking lights, although using an on/off switch would not be difficult to do.
My lights do not change color but there are plenty of versions with that option.

The chicks love my real blue and red lights you can keep all the 12 year old boys and girls that like your blue light. So now your out following cops around I would be careful some of us are really paranoid .

im not going out specifically following cops, they just happened to be in front of me last night going the same direction i was.
