This is what I was looking for! I might go ahead and just get the ID1000s so the duty % isn't almost maxed out. You went with this kit?

http://www.teambeefcakeracing.com/bfspec2015prostg1.html

Did you upgrade your OPGs and Crank Sprocket?
I went with a modified version of that kit. I got the MU52 injectors and no BAP. The ID1000's are included as well as the BAP in that kit, if you buy it as is. I went with Ngauge, remote tune, thermostat, black coating and D1 options. I plan to run at this level for a while, until it feels slow again. Then add a BAP and up the boost some.

I did not get OPGs nor crank sprocket.

About 2/3 way through the install. Blower, intercooler, and piping in place. Just need to.snug up the clamps. Piping was tricky from ProCharger outlet to the intercooler inlet. I may have cussed a few times accidentally. Little helpful hint: Tilt intercooler top towards the front of car and tilt lower back towards the radiator to get the piping to fit better and push the intercooler up all the way in the slots to make it as high as possible.

We had to bend the AC line slightly to get the outlet side tubing to fit properly. Still has a slight bend in the silicone tube going to throttle body.

The blower and bracket, fuel injectors and the intercooler fit nice. The tubing for intercooler does not fit great. It is okay, but perfect it is not.

We havent installed the blow off valve or inlet pipe yet. That's suppose to be hard to get on inlet of PC. That's tomorrow, along with loading the tune, spark plug and putting things back together. Hopefully I can get the datalog done for Lund, so I can get things running and test it out tomorrow.

That's all for now.

FYI, the MU52 injectors needed this spacers and then everything fit well. So the are EV6 not EV14 sized. Means they are medium length not long like the stock ones.

That's great man. Thanks for the tips and info about the injectors! You bought the spacers directly from procharger right?

Yes. I got them.from ProCharger directly. It was a fuel rail kit. Came with new harware also.

I wonder if others have had to move the AC line like we did. It was hitting the last hard pipe before the throttle body. I had to bend it towards the front of the car.

Mike thanks for posting the pictures. It's all cleaned up now. Ready to.start again tomorrow.

Man this thing sqeals loud on initial start up with the bumper off. I hope it quiets down a lot with the bumper on. Not sure if it's supposed to be this loud.

I didn't have any squeal on initial startup. Check my build thread, I posted a vid of initial startup. Toss up a vid for us if you can.

Did you get the belt tensioned down? Did you go with standard or helical gears?

Belt is tensioned. I have about an 1/2 inch of deflection of the stock tensioner, before it bottoms out. So it has a lot of take upnleft, but still can move in both directions.

I have the standard gearset. And my bumper was off. I think they bumper muffles some of the sound. Everything looks right, belt tracks straight. It stopped sqealing as bad, after it idles down some.

I love how the black finishes look. Mine was pretty loud without the bumper on too.

Can you do me a huge favor? Ive had a problem with HO kit since I bought it in March. I cant seem to figure out what the problem. I talked to a mechanic that told me I have similar symptoms to someone who was sent the wrong headunit. All I need is for you or anyone that has a procharger on a 15 to take a picture of the front of their blower. I talked to a tech at procharger and the blower fins are only supposed to go one way. After looking at one of your pictures it looks like the fins are going the opposite way so there may be a possibility I was sent the wrong headunit.

Here's a picture of mine.

Take a look at my build thread. Lots of pics. Check posts 22,34,37... You can see the fins. Hope that helps.

It's much quieter with the bumper back on, and lower pan. Still loud and weird sounfing, but it's much better. I hope it gets a little quieter as it's driven more. Sound cool from inside the car. But I don't love the sound outside when it's idling.

Going to look into upgrading to the helical gearset. See if it's feasible to have it rebuild with those instead of standard gears.
