Anyone going to change the wheels on the regular gt 350 when they get it. Does anyone make a wheel similar to the R wheel in Aluminum to fit the gt 350. Like to know what others may do because I really don't lke the wheels on the gt 350. I like the R wheels.

My R I ordered may have been yanked out from under me and I may go with a regular 350 instead if it really falls thru. That's another issue. F*** Dealership.

I plan on going with some Forgeline or HRE wheels eventually. Or I may wait and see if Ford comes out with a non carbon fiber replica of the R wheel.

If your gt350 is a darker color (dib, black, gray), I'd get the stock aluminum wheels paint removed and have a silver powder coat done. Or maybe just polished to bare metal and sealed so that shine is protected. I've seen these done to the viper wheels (sidewinder II's) and they look stunning.

Ive always been a fan of a car with a contrasting look, dark car/ bright wheels. Light car/ dark wheels.

Me too... I like the contrasting look as well. I may go with an extra set of darker wheels (either comp gray or maybe even satin bronze) over my AG. Wheel brand I"m not sure yet but maybe some concave Vossens. Who knows... so many choices out there.

I plan on getting a set of forged monoblock or flow forged wheels; 19x11 square. Finding a manufacturer that makes a viable offset for the front may be difficult. I'll also be in the market for R take offs.

If Ford's measurements are accurate, the base aluminum wheels weigh about 31 lbs each. Being able to take off 6+ lbs a wheel will be good.

I'm not a fan of the standard GT350 wheels either. An aftermarket set of lighter, better looking wheels will probably be one of my only mods.

I love the standard GT350 wheels..in fact I think I like them better than (looks wise) the R...The Gt350 wheels need re-power coated silver. They will look just like the 911's wheels rolling and those look great...

Forgestar F-14s in Bronze Burst finish will be going on mine. Had them on my 2014 GT-R, looked amazing.

Definitely going to change out my 350 wheels unless they look much better in person. I'm a bit concerned about the wheel gap. I hate wheel gap between the tire and the fender but I don't want to mess with this suspension. Hopefully it will not be too bad. Sometimes aftermarket wheels make the ride height more obvious. I think the 'R' model looks fine with it's wheels and ride heigh though.
