Wow, you guys are really going to drive the R in snow? Could that possibly caused damage to the front splitter?
Mine is not an R - and no, I won't drive in snow. The tires are all-seasons not snow tires. (I have an Interceptor Utility Ecoboost for snow.)

Your best snow tires are the ones that go on your second car......not your gt350

Is it worth getting a 2nd set of tires and all weather tires just to store it over the winter and take it around the block?

Yes, that is exactly what I am doing ... a square setup with 6GR 7 wheels (I prefer the concave look over the SVE R350's) with some all seasons for storage... I'll bring the carbon wheels in the house with the tires, and keep them for track/summer.
Now I need to select some tires.... People seem to use Michelins AS3's but they are smalllll... the only 305 width I found are Cooper Zeons in 11" wheels.

I would like to use those all seasons for potentially wet/cold track days also if possible, so... not sure what to select.

Well, for the rear, the A/S-3 comes in a run-flat 325/30x19. It's virtually the same rolling diameter as a 285/35x19, so you can put A/S-3 285's up front (also run-flat if you want) and the 325's at the rear. It'll look good and work in everything but real snow.
