lucky man living near that stretch of road. speed limit is 65 here. lucky to even hit that with all the traffic. if there is no traffic and I can go I wont dare go over 85 for fear of CHP. I need to move from this state.

So dumb question, I know the BOSS has a strut tower brace, but considering the IM doesn't clear the hood stock, will it fit under the factory PP strut brace with the new engine mounts?

Good luck man id like to see the results

Im still looking forward to a release of a 15+ specific boss/CJ style intake that incorporates charge motion control plates. Otherwise youll lose the 20-25whp throughout the curve in the low/mid range.

I know some state that the boss/cj intake didnt cause any loss in low end on the 11-14 5.0 but thats an 11-14 5.0...
The 15 has the control plates on the intake that are largely responsible for the solid 20-25whp low end and mid range gains the 15 has over the previous 5.0.

I dont want to sacrifice that gain for the massive topend gain when It can be possible to have both. the best news would be that the GT350 intake (which also has the charge motion plates) will bolt up. Port match the 15 heads to it and I think it would be a serious combo

the 2015 manifold has runners that make better low and midrange then open up for higher rpms. i like that for my auto with 3.15 gears. more power and torque throughout the revband untill 5500 or so and ill be shifting around 6600 so no thanks boss.

I haven't seen any reason yet as to why it will not, motors have same deck height, bore spacing, ports on the head are in same position and shape and bolt holes where it meets the head are the same. I dont even think I can spot a difference between the intake port surface of the two heads, even looking at side by side pics they look the same

Someone will attempt soon enough im sure. If ford racing produced it as an upgrade, which would make sense imo, the price shouldn't be that insane.. as opposed to trying to buy a stock one through ford parts

There's another thread that covers this, and it's said that it does. However, someone looked up the part and it was list price of over 2 grand.

Sorry but the GT350 intake manifold will not work on the revised 2015 Coyote heads without serious work to the manifold runners... GT350's ports are not only wider but they rise much closer to the top of the head. Bummer :/

Quoted from another website, I looked everywhere for this thread :headbonk:

From the picture it just appears to be taken at a different angle. Untill someone has the manifold in hand for actual proof this proves nothing.

It doesnt? Look at them again. Look at the material surface area on the coyote around the port, specifically the lower portiom below the port. Its a wider/thicker surface area then the 350 head ports. The intake on the 350 would bolt up probably but be flowing air onto some of the surface area. The manifold port holes would need to be ported...a lot.

Only difference I see is cast material that was not removed. I would say that is where ford removed weight from the motor. Notice the coyote heads are just cast further down and material hasn't been removed.

Phil over in the Forced induction area is running a Boss intake on his Procharged 15 already. This has been done already for you non-modders.
