REISCHE PERFORMANCE 170° PERFORMANCE THERMOSTAT

Im running the Reische one I picked up from Lethal since the car was tuned. I quicky noticed a good 15-20* cooler temps.

The coyote motors are known to best run around 180-195 ECT and this thermostat will keep it in the range no problem. One thing that most people don't know is when these cars are tuned, they set the ECT to pull timing at a certain * which is a fail safe. Keeping the motor in the correct range will allow it to run stronger with no worries over over heating or just running it hot.

Good example. I drove over 650 miles from Southern Florida to Myrtle Beach, sat in traffic, did the Circle Course, beat on it a lot and I never once seen my temps get over 195. (Thanks to Lund Racing for a great tune which allows me to do this)

I picked one up from beef with an intake tune combo. Just last week it was 108* and the head temps stayed at 190-194-190* while I was sitting in traffic waiting on a train. Before the tune and thermostat they would be 210*+

I put the 170 thermostat Reische Ford-50 in but didnt see the air bleed jiggler like the stock one did. Did anyone notice if this is the only difference? and does it matter?
