New bulb is the smaller one. Same price same vendor on ebay. They let me return the old bigger one despite it being months old ....looks like ebay companies have customer service too

yes they just updated them without changing the link or updating anything lol. they gave me my money back after i sent back the 1st set.

How did you fit the small 194 leds into the parking lights? the ones you linked in the first post don't fit into the holes.

Does anyone know the LED bulb number I need for reverse lights? I bought one from diode dynamics but it's too dim, I need a much brighter one and I don't want to pay their outrageous prices.

Hey Phrenetik, just got my switchbacks in last night. still waiting on the little bulbs to show up, but I'm going to put the switchbacks in tonight I think anyway.

As far as dremelling goes, or fixing the lights before isntalling, is tha tincluded in your video in the first page? I'm at work and none of the youtube links work so I can't see whats in the video. If it's an install video, I'd be absolutely pumped.

I'm going to install the switchbacks tonight hopefully, if I cant get them to fit I might send them back and wait for DD to come out with their new version. i'd prefer to not wait, and save the $$, again thanks for the lead on the ebay lights.:cheers:

they will fit but they won't click in securely. this picture shows how much you need to dremel..

left is undremeled, right is dremeled. its like 2-3 mm at max. once you pull back the fender liner it is very easy when installing to tell if it "snaps/clicks" into place, if not just dremel a slight bit more. if you go too deep you will see the innards haha

i put mine in my map lights but it required some finagaling lol. they should fit everywhere except as vanity though.
