No one is saying you can't buy a decent "performance oriented" air suspension, but when handling performance is the main concern they are inferior to coil overs.

Bluestang50 is exactly right.

You can't adjust rate and ride height independently.
Add pressure, rate goes up, height goes up too.
Reduce pressure, rate drops, ride height drops too.
Now your alignment probably changed as well. Static alignment likely changes every time you play with the air pressure.
The only way to change the relationship, is to go to a different bag size, then you end up with a different rate vs height vs pressure combo.

I have never EVER seen a serious track car or real race car (road race) with an aftermarket airbag suspension. If anybody has a documented serious racer running this stuff, post it up. Otherwise, it's for the "it looks dope AF!!!" crowd. Which is fine, but don't go telling everybody that it is better performing than a good coilover system.
