When I installed mine it was obvious Ford has worked with redline, or vice versa. It only begs the question why they did not come from the factory with these.

We appreciate the compliment that our QuickLIFT system seamlessly integrates integrates with your S550 Mustang. Believe me, we didn't have any help from Ford, just clever engineering on our part.

Roush does not have hood struts for the 2015+ Mustang available. Our QuickLIFT system is designed to work with your RHD Mustang.

Several OEM's use the same mounting location as we do for the gas springs on Aluminum hoods.

You know, that's why I HATE working on the Mercedes. The hood simply doesn't open up far enough, you're always trapped inside a little space when doing basic maintenance...

Hello Phil.
For the RHD Mustangs the battery tray etc. will be the mirror image of the LHD. Our system was designed to work with both LHD and RHD platforms.

Just installed my Redlines from RPI. The install was easy, great product! RPI shipped order to doorstep 2 business days!!! Thumbs up RPI!!!

I did modify the install slightly as others have done. The 3/4 hole in the battery cover was a bit too small to allow the cover to lay flat, so I just filed it to a more oval shape. I also used shears to cut a slit in the plastic, this allows complete battery cover removal without messing with the strut. Pics below.

Finished product and yes, my hood is really flexing at the hinge mount point, really freaky, I thought my bolts were loose!

I have installed Redline Tuning's hood lift system on my past two Mustangs and they have worked perfectly! Now that I finally received my 2015 GT it was the first mod I did. The quality of the kit is awesome, even the packaging is nice. Installation took me around 15 minutes and couldn't have been easier with the included color instructions.
