Bama tune experience so far

Let me start by saying I ordered a bama tune as a simple starter tune for e85 until I can get the car to someone who can dyno tune it. On my first call to tech support I'm told that they can only tune up to a 100 wet shot. Ok I understand that with a mail order tune data logs can't be seen or afr so it's better to stay safe. No problem. Then I'm told with e85 they won't tune nitrous at all. Again ok. So I order the tune just to get the car drivable. I fill out the questionnaire in the comments. I stated I need one e85 and one 91 octane race tune tuned for 100 hp wet shot if nitrous. Seems fairly straight forward so far. 8 days go by I get an email from them saying they can't tune e85 with nitrous. I reply explaining what I need. Later on another email stating their "race" tune is all they will tune for nitrous. I reply again ok send me one e85 tune and one "race 91 octane tune". Another day passes and another email asking if the car has 47lb injectors for e85. All of this was explained in the comment section of their form.
Has anyone else had any problems with tuners such as this? It's 9 days later and still no tune.

I will but I shouldn't have to. I understand that you get busy and backed up, but the questions and the delay in responses and still no tune I a ridiculous. What I'm asking for is a standard straight forward thing.

I just got my initial 91 tune late last week. Submitted my request for a 91 tune for 47lb injectors and race tune for e85 on Monday...haven't gotten any questions or issues from them yet.

I bought the SCT from them, so it took them about two days for them to program the tuner and ship it. I'm assuming when you request additional tunes it takes longer because you're probably behind anyone buying a new SCT. That's just business.

All the miscommunication doesn't instill a lot of confidence..but I'm sure they will get it sorted out for you. Sucks to be the one "lost in the shuffle" as others have had good experiences with BAMA. Good luck and I hope they get everything to you soon (and hope it's right)!

I actually requested a E85 tune from them 2 weeks ago. got an email back with my ticket number but haven't gotten my Tune Email yet.. its actually been 3 weeks this Friday. well its 2am.. so yeah I guess its been 3 weeks today.. I've yet to hear back with my new tune for E85

That is completely ridiculous. These are canned tunes it's not like they are using datalogs and making adjustments. Thoroughly displeased. The "tuning specialist" told me mine would be done today before the end of the day.
It really makes me wonder about the quality of the tune a person would get. At least it will be unlocked and I can look it over and maybe make edits with hptuners.
