IIRC BMR has a loop that bolts between the trans crossmember and body. I believe it was Kelly Aiken that mentioned installing that changed the driveshaft pinion angle. Ask him direct for clarification.

What shifter are you going with?

I would call BMR directly and see if their DS loop will clear the shifter.

I couldn't imagine it taking more than an hour. Shop rate varies by region.

We've got a DSS aluminum driveshaft, Barton shifter and BMR loop on our car and there were no fitment issues that I was made aware of. We're also running ARH LT's with their X pipe.

So in researching a shifter...leaning towards MGW, BUT that lead me to researching if I should replace driveshaft while under there....and THEN that lead to a DS loop...lol

So I guess question is ....Is there a DS loop that works w/ MGW shifter yet? or should I go w/ a Barton shifter??

BMR just started shipping their revised version of the DS safety Loop that fits with the MGW shifter. I recommend the MGW

If I don't change the DS can I still put this DS Loop from BMR w Stk DS?

Trying to see if I want the DS right now...Saving up for the Forced induction route also

Not sure if the DS is necessary/ worth the $$?
