I am trying to find a good place to get my windows tinted. I am very picky about the quality of the work. Any suggestions from anyone that has gotten there mustangs done would be great.

Thanks

What is up my Delaware bro. I got mine done at Solar Shades in Wilmington for $160. They did a good job and it seems to be some quality material (ceramic). I went 30% all around

Thank you! I will check both places out. I do have a question about the tint on the door glass though. Does the tint go all the way to the edge of the glass? I know its challenging for some places because the glass moves up and down when you open and close the door. Thanks again.

Yea mine goes all the way to the top. It's actually not the top that was the worry when opening and closing the doors but the bottom. It caused a couple minor bubbles the first day that i just pushed down with a credit card and after that they didnt come back. You're not supposed to open the windows for 48hrs at least to let everything dry

If you don't mind the drive, I will guarantee you 100% satisfaction at dynamic tint in williamstown, NJ. They always do amazing work. I've seen a ton of really nice cars there. Check out their Facebook page.

I went to the place I mentioned. On the challengers, the windows drop an inch or so when you open the door. I know at dynamic they actually "baked" the window and tint so that it was practically dry already when I picked it up. They still recommended that I not use the windows, but there was no worry of the tint being peeled by that mechanism. No bubbling either.

I may give them a call. I saw some of there pictures on the site and looks pretty damn good. It's about an hour drive but I don't mind if it's a good job.

I had dinner with the owner Wednesday nite(1.800.600.1412)

He tints to the edge even on convertibles (window drops then raises on verts when shutting door)

Ask for Jeff....

These guys are phenomenal. I got the Spectra PS done there on my last car and just got the Mustang done a couple of weeks ago.

I went 35% to stay legal with a waiver. I don't want to deal with tint tickets. The Spectra tints have solar adaptive coating and turn darker to 29% when there is sun light.
