I have to be honest that one of the things I dislike most about my new Mustang is the stupid Vacuum Gauge in the dash...does anyone make or plan to make something else that can be put in it's place?

I'd even put another clock in the car just to not have to look at it anymore...what a useless feature...

Ford should have put a real oil temperature gauge there instead of the real vacuum gauge. They could have still kept the "virtual" vacuum gauge in the Information Display.

I watch the vacuum gauge constantly; it helps to keep your gas mileage up.

I agree, I think it's pretty pointless. Only people it impresses is people that don't know much about cars, lol. I think a clock, digital or analog, hell even an aviation style compass would look cool, lol.

I wish it could read vacuum and boost for future mods.

I am sure we can get a PN from the GT 350 oil temp gauge. Just give it time.

I bought a 435 HP rear wheel drive Mustang...gas mileage is literally the last thing on my mind lol.
I also bought a 435 hp rwd Mustang; gas mileage is very important to me. Not that money is a concern or anything; it's just a fun game to play in traffic, trying to keep the mileage up as high as possible.

What I meant was that for me the Mustang is purely about fun, it does not get driven for economy in any way whatsoever.

My main commuter car is a 2013 Jetta Diesel that, with its tune, gets deep into the 50's for mpg, and is absolutely lethargic to drive. It's the Mustangs carbon offset.

An aviation style compass would be cool for sure.

Let me covert the electrical signal with vacuum/boost if the boost is not already there and a gauge to read it.

I do not have another daily driver. I get to have fun in mine everyday :)
but I also have a big gas bill. trying to get 200 miles per tank is challenging.
i agree with the majority of people here too. an oil temp gauge would be very nice. compass would be useless as there is already one in the car....
