Could use some help deciding if I should save up for the bolt-ons (mainly catback) and some suspension mods first, or screw it and just get a supercharger.

You can add up $5k pretty quick in bolt ons, and not a lot of HP.

Or you can drop $5k on a ProCharger, and install it in your garage. :)

And that additional 200+HP really really feels good. :) :)

x2

Don't spend money on items now that will get replaced when you do a supercharger kit. We would love to make money on you twice, but would rather give you an honest suggestion as we would give to any customer that would ask.

What are you talking about?

I was talking our 100% out of the box, stock kit, LOW safe safe boost 8psi, on 91 pump gas. = OVER 225 rwhp

Our entry level HO kit at ~$5k kit has already produced 709 rwhp on two cars. (that I know about)
So I guess I should have said ~$5k and 376 HP ;)

Please don't compare apples to oranges. When talking about power numbers, boost, and what not. If a customer wants to spend more $$$ with us, then we have any blower they want, up to 3,500HP.

However with the orders I have seen for the STG2 systems, things are going to get really interesting with these cars, and our cost effective systems. :) So many big boost meth/E85 builds in the works. Its a GREAT time to be a mustang owner!

Whipples 100% out of the box are @ 650rwhp guys with LT's are seeing @ 700rwhp out of the box. This is as well on 91 octane. This is without custom tune. Custom tune = dyno time and more$
Plus he has a right to other options!

We have already made more then 650rwhp with ours as well.
Literally ZERO changes to the car, 100% as it comes from Ford.

We don't send systems out like that, because we are not chasing every last HP.
The boost level we send out 8psi (HO) and 9psi (STG2) is what we know is safe, safe, safe for long term use anywhere in the US on standard pump fuel.
(and the conservative tune to match it)

And yes, our customers have made over 700rwhp with exhaust changes as well.
I have already listed the two that I know of, I am sure there are more.
However I don't keep track of all the orders going out.

Correct dyno time costs $$$, and we know that.
Thats why customers can order our systems WITHOUT tuning, and save themselves plenty of $$$ to used towards custom tuning. :)
Then the customer is super happy, cause they are not only saving money, BUT getting a tune tailored just for their car. :)

700 on 91 in all honesty is playing with fire and irresponsible.

That's my opinion with lots of supercharging experience on these cars.

The internals are better than the 11-14, but they aren't bullet proof.

Hell, most fully built engines we try to dial the customer back to right at 700rwhp on 93 for longevity and safety.

That's the problem with the net these days.

Look one car did this, it must be ok for every car to do it everyday and drive it for 50,000 miles like that..............

Just silly.
